I started my real estate career in 2007, and I have spent 8 years in residential new construction learning all there is to know about residential development and the home building process. I became certified as a new construction specialist through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and I have forged priceless connections with just about every trade in the home building industry throughout the years.

During the downturn that started in 2008, I perfected the art of optimizing equity with a shoe string budget; I became an expert at implementing strategic improvements, in order to reach a top dollar sale on every home. I also spent several years as the marketing director for one of the most prominent residential developers in the greater Chattanooga area. As a result, I am highly proficient in identifying future market trends, exposure optimization, online advertising, geo-fencing, re-targeting, social media, staging, and the implementation of diverse web-based platforms and solutions.

I have also gained 7+ years of hands on property management expertise. I have been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and I have successfully managed over 150+ residential investment properties ranging from single family homes, townhouses, and everything in between. Consequently, I have been able to seamlessly transition a wide array of families and individuals from leasing a house to purchasing a home.
I have a Bachelors in business management from Dalton State College and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Belhaven University. I am bilingual and can provide services in English and Spanish.
